Ken Haddad joined Alchemy as the Chief Financial Officer in 2019.  

With 40 years of industry experience he possesses extensive M&A experience, which includes public and private transactions.  Ken has spearheaded a number of stock and asset transactions in over 25 countries, encompassing 6 continents.  Additionally, Ken has deep experience in divestitures, joint ventures, corporate and project finance, recapitalization, strategy, business development, financial analysis, and treasury operations.

Most recently Ken served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development for C&J Energy services.  Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development with Precision Drilling,.  Ken has held leadership roles with Halliburton, Williams Company, and Kellogg Brown & Root.  He has also consulted for private and public companies on M&A and strategy.

Ken received an MBA from Suffolk University, and BS Business from Lowell University.
